	I agree, "How to Add Bar to Foo App" for example - the "How To" part should come last. IMHO the '''main subject noun''' should come first - this improves wiki searches. Example Foo App How to Add Bar because Foo here is the main app described, or, Foo App Add Bar even shorter... But ''Good Luck'' convincing all folks to name articles correctly.
