For those who are particularly adventurous, here is how to perform a Coms board swap!
Short Version
1. Copy and save tokens from both Device's
2. Physically swap the Communication Boards
3. Use meta-doctor
4. Run the meta-doctored doctor
5. Run stock doctor
Steps

Use the Show Properties app from Preware to email the tokens to yourself. It formats them in the way which you need them later for Meta-Doctor.
If you are unable to run the Show Properties app, use "tokens --list" from the command line.
