MIT Open Source License - webOS-Patches

By submitting a patch for inclusion in the webOS-Patches feed, you must agree the patch will be licensed under the MIT Open Source License, also known as the X11 License. A copy of the license will be stored with each patch file. Further, the license requires that the copyright notice of the original author of the patch (and the authors of any modifications or improvements) must never be removed.

Note: By submitting your patch via the webOS-Patches Upload Form, committing it to the Gitorious.org/webos-internals/modifications repository or posting it to the webOS-Internals Wiki, you automatically agree the patch will be licensed under the MIT Open Source License. Patches that are not licensed under the MIT Open Source License will not be included for distribution in the webOS-Patches feed which is used by Preware, WebOS Quick Install and PreLoad.
