Can you add the 'Spain' webOS Doctor version, please?

I think is same, u can check from www.palm.com/rom
webOS Doctor 1.3.1 for Palm Pixi (Sprint) & Pre (Bell) is already released, can u please add in the wiki?
i got the link for Pixi 1.3.1: http://palm.cdnetworks.net/rom/pixi/px131r0d11172009/sr1ntp131rod/webosdoctorp200ewwsprint.jar
however, i couldn't find out the bell rom (but it actually released)
